System Olive Hub Co., Ltd. ("System Olive Hub", "we") is the data controller for personal information collected through system-olivehub.click and workshop enrollment.

1. Data we collect

  • Contact enquiries: name, email, message content, selected workshop, preferred date.
  • Booking records: payment confirmation details, attendance notes, correspondence.
  • Website technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed—only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Cookie consent choice: stored locally in your browser under soh_cookie_consent.

2. How we use data

  • Respond to enquiries and confirm workshop seats.
  • Send scheduling updates and pre-workshop materials.
  • Improve site content based on aggregated analytics (if accepted).
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations in Thailand.

3. Legal bases

We process enquiry and booking data to perform steps prior to a contract and to fulfil our training agreement. Analytics cookies rely on your consent. Accounting records may be retained under legal obligation.

4. Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a booking converts—then records are retained seven years for accounting. Analytics data is aggregated and not stored with identifying details beyond standard server logs (ninety days).

5. Sharing & international transfers

We do not sell personal data. We use email and calendar providers that may process data outside Thailand. Where transfer occurs, we rely on contractual safeguards appropriate to the provider's jurisdiction.
