These Terms govern your use of the website at system-olivehub.click and your enrollment in workshops offered by System Olive Hub Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services described

We provide in-person technical analysis training, including workshops, clinics, and private chart review sessions. All content is educational. We do not manage client funds, execute trades on your behalf, or provide personalised investment advice regulated under Thai securities law.

2. Website use

You may browse this site for information about our workshops. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without written permission. You may not use the site to transmit unlawful material or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

3. Enrollment & payment

Workshop seats are confirmed after we acknowledge your enquiry and receive any required deposit. Prices quoted on the site are in Thai Baht unless stated otherwise. Final fees are confirmed in booking correspondence. Failure to pay the balance by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of your seat.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, diagrams, and classroom materials are our copyright. You receive a personal licence to use printed materials for your own study. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute course materials to third parties.

5. Limitation of liability

Training describes historical chart techniques. Past market behaviour does not guarantee future results. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for trading losses or opportunity costs arising from application of classroom material. Our total liability for any claim relating to a workshop shall not exceed the fee you paid for that specific session.

6. Conduct in the classroom

We may remove participants who disrupt sessions or harass staff or other attendees. Removal for conduct reasons does not entitle you to a refund except where required by our refund policy.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
